The meaning of Yoga is to unite. To unite life to the universal consciousness changing the impure to pure, problem to solution, difficulty to smoothness makes the world joyful.
Itinerary:
Day 01: Meet and greet at Airport. Transfer to Hotel and Overnight.
Day 02: Early morning @ 7 AM After breakfast, Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (It will take approximately 8 hours – 200 KM). Trasfer to Hotel and Overnight.
Day 03: Yoga/Meditation day 01 session:
4:00am Pick up from Hotel in Lakeside
4:15am Drive to Khade (40 Min)
5:00am Hike from Khade to Australian Camp
6:00am Sunrise view and mountain panorama from Australian Camp
7:30am Meditation, Morning Yoga and Breathing Exercises
09:00am Breakfast in a nearby restaurant
10:00am Hike to Dhampus Village
11:30am Tour around this traditional Gurung village
1:00pm Lunch
2:00pm Hike from Dhampus to Phedi
3:00pm Drive back to Pokhara
4:00pm Drop off at Hotel in Lakeside
Day 04: Breakfast at Hotel. Afternoon, will take you to visit Tibetan settlement camp to visit Buddhist monasteries and monks ( for 3 Hours) . Overnight at Hotel in Lakeside.
Day 05: Yoga/Meditation day 02 sessions:
5:30am Pick up from Hotel in Lakeside
5:45am Drive to Begnas Lake (40min)
7:00am Yoga & Meditation at the shore of Begnas Lake
9:00am Breakfast (we pack water and some snacks as there are no shops on the way)
10:00am Boating across Begnas Lake (35 min)
10:30am Hike to the top of Sundari Danda (2.3 hr)
12:30pm We enjoy the view over two lakes and mountain panorama & snack time
1:30pm Hike back down to Begnas Lake
2:30pm Boating across Begnas Lake (30 min)
3:00pm Late lunch & time to relax by the lake
5:00pm Return to Pokhara (40min drive)
6:00pm Drop off at your accommodation in Lakeside
Day 06: Breakfast. Rest day: In this day will take you to Komagane Park (about 20 minutes walk from your hotel)for relaxation nearby lake, in silent area for calm and peace.
Day 07: Yoga/Meditation day 03 sessions:
4:30am Pick up from Hotel in Lakeside
5:00am Drive to the foothill of Shanti Stupa (Buddhist monastery)
5:30am Short hike to Shanti Stupa (Buddhist monastery)
6:00am Sunrise view from the top
7:00am Meditation, Morning Yoga and Breathing Exercises
9:00am Breakfast in a nearby restaurant with great panoramic views over the area
10:00am Hike down through the forest to the lake 45min
11:00am Return to Pokhara by boat across the lake (we visit Barahi Temple on a small island in the middle of the lake)
12:00pm Drop off at your accommodation in Lakeside
Day 08: Rest day : In this day, will take you car drive to visit most famous places of interest in Pokhara valley include (Devi’s Water Fall, Mahadev Cave, Mountain Museum, Butterfly museum, Bat cave, Mahendra cave, Seti river gorge, Bindyabashini Temple, Old Bazar) – It will take approximately 5 Hours tour with your Yoga teacher.
Day 09: Yoga/Meditation day 04 sessions:
4:00am Pick up from Hotel in Lakeside
4:15am Drive to the foothill of Sarangkot (40min)
4:45am Walk from Sarangkot base to the view point
5:30am Sunrise view from the top
6:30am Meditation, Morning Yoga and Breathing Exercises
9:00am Breakfast at the view point
10:00am Option to take a paragliding flight back down to Lakeside
10:30am Return to Pokhara
11:00am Drop off at your accommodation in Lakeside
Day 10: After breakfast, at 7:30 AM, drive to Kathmandu, farewell to your final destination.
