After breakfast the day will start to our guided trip to cultural world heritage sites in Kathmandu valley; including visits to the pilgrimage sites of Hindus Pashupatinath temple, the world biggest Bouddhanath Stupa, visit Swoyambhunath Stupa also known as monkey temple and historical Kathmandu Durbar Square with temple, unique architectures and Kumari (living goddess) in central Kathmandu. Evening pre-trip discussion and introduce with our fellow trekking staff for your adventure trip.
On the 3rd day, you will be flying from Kathmandu to Lukla which takes around 35 minutes. From Lukla, you will be caption towards Phakding (2652 m). Taking 35 minutes of flight to Lukla, the trip begins after uphill up to the slope on the left bank of Dudh Koshi River. On the way, you can interpret the wonderful beauty of Kusum Kangaru, Mt Kwondge and you pass a few tea houses and Mani walls. Overnight stay at a guesthouse.
We will move from Phakding to Namche (3,440m). After a small rise from Jhorsalle, the track permits through a waterfall. Through the day, you will pass through the villages scattered with superb forests of Rhododendron, giant fir trees, and magnolia. And on the way to walk you will be rewarded first glimpse of Kusum Kanggru (6369m) Thamserku (6608m) Everest (8,848 m) and Nuptse (7879 m) then a vertical climb to the beautiful village of Namche Bazaar (3440m).
Acclimatization is important before scheduled to a higher elevation. It is therefore suggested that it is well to take a short day hike to Thame, Khumjung or Khunde. If you get some time then you can go for calming and reconnoitring the Namche and the Sherpa culture. On this day, you will head to Thame from Namche Bazar by mountaineering and be liking good sightseeing. Today you will work through many appeal flags, mani, and walls which are imprinted on stones. After snaking the Bhote Koshi River, the trail ascends steeply to Thame. You will have a good understanding of the Kangpoche Teng and Kwangde and North in the Thame Gompa Nangpa.
Today after tranquil breakfast in Namche, we climb up to the well-known airstrip at Syangboche (only occasional flight of Pilatus is coming here), then hiking ahead to the bend valley of the peaks to Khumjung.
Khumjung is very stimulating Sherpa hamlet of Khumbu which is the home to keen Sherpa Mountaineers. The signs of influence made by Sir Edmund Hillary can be perceived here in Khumjung and its nearby areas. The valley is ringed by snowy peaks of Kondge and Thamserku and the blessed peak of Sherpas- Mt. Khumbila, it is also made-up as a monastery places that houses a yeti scalp.
In the afternoon, we will visit to Hillary School, flamboyant Buddhist monasteries, the visit is typical stones track with lined prayer stones, flags and prayer wheels, visit to Hillary Hospital in Kundel.
After the breakfast, we follow the steady trail with few short up and downs supervising superb view of the great massive snow peaks at Shanasa. Hiking for around 2 and half hours we arrive at the top of Mong La Pass. From Mong La Pass we aroma the enormous views of Mt. Ama Dablam, Kantega and Mt. Khumbilla. From the hill-top an hour effortless trek through the forested area brings us to the riverside village, Phortse Tenga. We stop at Phortse Tenga for the lunch. Post lunch, the day’s trek includes a long exhausting uphill hike through the forest of pines, oaks and rhododendrons all the method to Dole.
We climb up for thirty minutes on an open hill to the scenic ridge above the Dole after breakfast. The edge top offers the first spectacular view of Mt. Cho Oyu. Then we walk over the gentle trail for ten minutes to the village of Lapharma. Beyond Lapharma ambulatory around the hills for almost 2 hours takes us to Luja. Taking a small rest at Luja, we endure the trek that climbs up along the side of the valley high above the river, crossing sandy branches to reach Machharmo. We reach Machhermo in the afternoon; enjoy the lunch and reconnoitre around.
It is the big day of Gokyo Valley Trek. We get to the terrestrial of Gokyo Lakes. One-hour trek on the flattened trail that wind passes through raised cropping lands takes us to Phanga. At Phanga we detect the monuments of people who lost theirs survives during the landslides in the region. Beyond Phanga, the trek transparencies down for a short while and then slowly go up on the stone steps for an hour to the River. We cross the metallic bridge over the river and get into the Gokyo-Land. Welcome to Gokyo, we are now opposite the first Lake of Gokyo. Another one hour and forty-five minutes’ walk brings us to the Fifth Lake of Gokyo. From the Fifth Lake, we could tang the remarkable view of Lonely Everest. The fifth lake is also prevalent for the sights of North and South slopes of Everest. We can see the trail that extends towards Cho Oyu Base Camp at the fifth lake and the view of Ngozumpa Glacier, the lengthiest glacier in Nepal is so attractive from Fifth Lake of Gokyo.
We trek back along the reviewing trail to the third lake for the overnights stay.
Mountaineering up for 2.5 hrs we arrive at Gokyo Ri. Gokyo Ri caters 360-degree opinion of four 8000ers of the Himalayas that include Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu and Makalu. We transparency down back to the hotel, which is an attractive easy walk of 1.5 hours downhill, enjoy the mealtime and begin to trek along the reviewing path back to Kele.2
Pacing along the reviewing trail the ramble today arrives at the hurried Khumbu Town Namche. Stepping along the known track in Everest at a time allows a chance to spot something we have really liked on the way uphill. After the breakfast, we walk down a trail sharply drop away to the Hillary Suspension Bridge and then continue hiking over several local villages and most of the walking is through Dudh Koshi River gorge and environments. Upon reaching at Lukla, tidy up at your hotel and lessen. Evening, you could have a party with your trekking team as it is your party of fruitful Gokyo Valley Trek also the last night in the Everest Region.
Our flights are in the before noon for Kathmandu from Lukla. After breakfast at Lukla hotel, you will check in to the airport and take your aeronautical back to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel. You will have unrestricted time to relax, ventilate up and relaxation. In the evening, we will encounter you again, take you feedback of Everest Base Camp Trek and host a leave-taking dinner at one of the premium Nepalese restaurants in Kathmandu.
